Council 422 (High Wycombe & District) meets at St Wulstan's Church in Hollis Road, High Wycombe. The council is within Province 23 (the Thames Valley area) and comprises the following parishes:

Council 422 was founded in 1949. The 422 Council works closely with the Parishes in High Wycombe and District, providing funds for various projects, members being active participants in their parish, etc
